Did our standard 1 x 20min pyramid / 1 x 5000m (well, our coach gave no instructions otherwise).
Epically good 1 x 20min - really got my splits right down where they need to be when I was maxing out, down to 1:56, holding at steady at 1:59. Felt good.

The boat is the wrong kind of boat all together.
Coxswains aren’t in a double.
